Our website services are sold as packages. We do this because we want our customers to know exactly how much their website will cost before we start designing it. We meet with you (in person or by phone) to discuss all of the requirements and provide a custom, written proposal within 5 days. You do not need to be local; we have had many successful website projects with customers we have never met in person.

Keeping Your Website Current
It is important to keep your website current, for your clients, potential clients and search engines. An updated website will receive more favorable placement with search engines than a static, outdated website. Studio 16 can provide updates to your website on an as-needed basis, or we can design your website to use a content management system tool such as Adobe Contribute so you can maintain your own website updates.

Improving Visibility and Marketing Strategies
Your website will be programmed with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) — the process of improving the volume and quality of traffic to a website from search engines. We can help you set up Google AdWords campaigns and Google Analytics so you are able to track the behavior of visitors coming to your site from your advertising. This allows you to gauge the return on investment of your AdWords budget and optimize based on which campaigns are bringing in the most sales and leads on your website.

Email Campaigns
You want your email campaigns to reflect your image and Constant Contact is a great resource for keeping in touch by email, but their templates can be quite limiting. Studio 16 can help with the design.

THE PROCESS

Plan — Creation of a site map, exchange ideas on the look and feel of your website.

Content — Collect and organize all content (text, images, documents, etc.).

Design/Layout — A draft design is created for your review.

Develop — Management of the project beings here. We keep the project moving and on time. You will be able to review each page of the development site on a testing server and provide feedback as each page is created.

Test and Go Live — We test the website for browser cross-platform compatibility, test all links, and correct any issues. Once final approval is received from you and a launch date is established, the site will go live and viewable to the world.
